We are a debt collection agency in Pasco, Washington and recover the monies on past due accounts from medical, retail, utilities, rentals, debts owed to public entities, traffic citations, dishonored checks and other consumer receivables.

Our Corporate Principals
Our collection agency is led by a group of seasoned consumer financial services corporate principals with extensive experience in the credit and debt collections industries.
Frank Lamb, President
Frank has been with Washington Collectors for 30 years and currently serves as President on the Executive Board of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service. His prior background includes working for Sears-Roebuck & Co., the Bank of California and the City of Yakima Police Force.
He has been a part of the Society for Certified Consumer Credit Executives since 1983 and has served on the Board of Directors and held several offices in various associations such as:
- The Tri-Cities Association
- President of the Washington Collectors Association
- National Legislative Director for the American Collectors Association
- Finance Committee for Our Lady of Lourdes Health Center
Frank has been recognized with numerous awards and distinctions over his career in the credit industry. He has also actively been a part of the legislative arena on the State and National level and given back to the community through support of local schools and sports programs, Tri-Cities Cancer center, Hospice, SARC, Boys and Girls Clubs, Kiwanis, Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
Lynette Gibson, Vice President
Lynette has been with Washington Collectors since 1981. Her background includes experience with two other collection agencies and a law firm.
She has been a part of the Society for Certified Consumer Credit Executives since 1991 and has served on the Board of Directors and held several offices in various associations such as:
- Executive Board member and Secretary Treasurer for the Associated Credit Bureaus of Washington
- Director and Committee Chair with the Tri-Cities Credit Association
- President of the Credit Professional International Tri-Cities
Lynette is also very active in the Washington Collectors Association and is a recipient of Credit Woman of the Year and the Credit Professional of the Year Awards. Her community service efforts include support of local schools, the Builders Club, National Credit Education Week, the American Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Way and the Girl Scouts.
Sean Lamb, General Manager
Sean joined Washington Collectors in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University and an Associate Degree of Arts & Sciences from Columbia Basin College.
He is a member of the Professional Debt Collectors Association and a recent participant of the American Collector’s Association International Leadership Conference. His community service efforts include being an active Rotary Sponsor and Bulldog Booster.
